  • Many of our clients come to us with existing aches, pains, or mobility concerns. We begin with an assessment and tailor the program to your individual needs and capabilities.

  • This depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Most clients train between one to three times per week, and we will recommend a suitable plan during your consultation.

  • No. That's exactly what we're here for. Our role is to help you improve from your current starting point, regardless of your fitness level.

  • During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals, health history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. We may also perform a simple assessment to better understand your current condition before recommending the most suitable program.

  • Most personal training sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

  • We operate by appointment basis. When starting a program with us, you’ll be able to select your preferred time slot (subject to availability). When your time slot is locked in, we’ll be reserving that time specifically for you each week throughout the duration of your program. Any changes can still be made subject to availability.
