Prestige Fitness is a private personal training studio, not a commercial gym. Every session is 1-to-1 with a certified personal trainer. No crowds, no guesswork, no shared equipment. You get personalised coaching, science-based programming, and a premium environment designed to help you progress safely and consistently.

We operate by appointment basis. When starting a program with us, you’ll be able to select your preferred time slot (subject to availability). When your time slot is locked in, we’ll be reserving that time specifically for you each week throughout the duration of your program. Any changes can still be made subject to availability.

We do offer a Free Consultation or an option for Trial Sessions (RM 499) should you be interested in learning more about the program.
Depending on your unique goal and level of commitment, a 1-to-1 personal training program in Prestige Fitness may require anywhere between Rm 1200-1800 per month. There’s no registration fee and monthly membership fees. For more info on our rates , click here.

Yes — senior fitness is one of our core specialties. We provide exercise for seniors, balance training for elderly clients, and strength training for seniors in Ipoh. All sessions are low-impact, joint-friendly and safe for adults aged 50–80+.

Absolutely. We specialise in personal training for busy professionals. Sessions can be scheduled early morning, mid-day, or evening depending on availability. Your trainer customises your programme to match your lifestyle, energy levels and work demands — so you can stay consistent even with a packed schedule.

No experience is required. Our clients range from complete beginners to athletes. Your trainer will start at your current fitness level and guide you step-by-step.

Yes, as long as your pain is movement-related (not acute injury). We use corrective-based training to improve mobility, posture and movement patterns so you can train safely. Many clients come to us specifically to reduce joint pain and regain strength.

Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week for optimal progress.
